Evidence based medical practice is the globally accepted scientific practice in medical field. To create the evidence, already published clinical research articles are collected and subjected to critical review using systematic review and meta-analysis. The meta analysis gives the final conclusion whether the particular drug is effective or not. This doesn’t require sophisticated lab, but need to know the Cochrane mythology. Once you know the entire process, you can write and publish systematic review and meta-analysis on your interested topics.
